Your Fishing Report: If this is a tournament report fill out the box below also. Wednesday looked like a great day to head up the Anclote River in pursuit of Snook so Bill Herr and I made the run up the river.  We started out late at 10 am hoping the water would have warmed up.  The weather was beautiful with little or no wind.  There just wasn’t much water movement and the fishing was slow. We never found the snook or trout but we did get into some ladyfish which was fun.  On the way back down the river we stopped at several bridges and looked for some sheepshead but nothing was bitting so we headed out to the flats.  After two short stops we ended up drifting at Marker 7 where we found Mackerel and Silver Trout.  Lots of action but it was time to call it a day so we kept a couple trout for dinner and headed in.  Fishing is always more fun when done with friends.
