| Your Fishing Report: If this is a tournament report do not state the fish’s length in this box. State the length and species in the box below | Dave G, Butch K and I joined Capt. Dave Taylor for a day of offshore fishing on the Seas the Moment. We left part about 7 am and headed out but by the time we were 10 miles off shore the wind and ways where picking up quickly so we decide to head in for some near shore fishing. We fished the area between Markers 2 and 4 and caught a few fish, mackerel and blue runners. After a bit of closer in fishing the wind and wave action dropped so we headed out and fished for a few hours in 36′ of water. We caught a lot of grunts and a couple short gags. There was a lot of action but no really large fish. A good time was had by all. Thanks Capt. Dave and crew for making my birthday memorable. |
