State the length and species in the box below Finally, finally got out on the water for the first time with my wife Lori 7 1/2 months after her shoulder replacement surgery and subsequent stress fracture. Just wanted to go for a ride to see how she could handle being on the boat again.  But she did say ‘just take one rod each and let’s get rid of some frozen shrimp while we’re at it’  Fine by me! I had been out previously this week with Frank Bellizio and we had a great time drift fishing.  Frank showed me how a drift anchor works (very well, indeed!) and it’s always great to learn new things from an old pro. So Lori and I had a nice ride but we did eventually stop to fish a little.  As usual, she was out-fishing me but I did manage to catch this nice trout!
